Descriptions:
The focal point of this evidence is the Quran.
Fire is evidence for the existence of smoke and smoke is evidence for the existence of fire. That is, if there is fire, there will be smoke. If there is smoke, there is definitely fire. Therefore, when the existence of fire is proved, the existence of smoke is also proved. When the existence of smoke is proved, the existence of fire is also proved. For, there is no fire without smoke and there is no smoke without fire.
We will explain it a bit so that it will be understood better. For, we will base our evidence on this rule:
For instance, if we see smoke coming from over a hill, we will say, “There is a fire over this hill.” If they say, “You did not see the fire. How did you decide that there was a fire?”, we will say, “Smoke can come only from a fire. The existence of smoke without a fire is not possible. Since we see the smoke, it means there is a fire.”
Similarly, all of the evidences proving that the Quran is Allah’s word prove Muhammad’s prophethood:
Since this person is Allah’s prophet, he does not tell lies and he does not resort to lies.
Since he does not resort to lies, he will not slander Allah and he cannot dare it.
Since he will not slander Allah, what he says to be “Allah’s word” will definitely be Allah’s word.
Therefore, all of the evidences proving his prophethood also prove that the Quran is Allah’s word.
Similarly, with all of its miracles and the evidences proving that it is Allah’s word, the Quran proves the prophethood of Hz. Muhammad (pbuh). For, only prophets convey people the book of Allah. If the Quran is Allah’s word, the person who conveys it to people is Allah’s prophet. He cannot be anybody else.
If we say, “The Quran is Allah’s word because Hz. Muhammad (pbuh) displayed a lot of miracles”, that is, if we use the miracles of the Prophet as evidence that the Quran is Allah’s word, it will be appropriate. For,
Since he displayed miracles, he is Allah’s prophet.
Since he is a prophet, he does not tell lies and he does not resort to lies.
Since he does not tell lies, the book he has is Allah’s book. For, he says, “This book is Allah’s book.”
As it is seen, to believe in this person’s prophethood necessitates accepting that the Quran is Allah’s book.
Similarly, we can say, “Hz. Muhammad (pbuh) is Allah’s prophet.” For,
No book like the Quran has been brought.
The news that the Quran gave about the past and the future came out to be true; history and archeology approved that its news was true.
The Quran mentioned many scientific facts 1400 years ago; the truthfulness of these facts given by the Quran were approved by scientists.
Even the most stubborn enemies of the Quran admired the expressions of the Quran and even its enemies accepted its beauty.
The Quran made many revolutions in the personal, political and social fields and these revolutions astonished sociologists.
The fairness of the decrees brought about by the Quran was approved by jurists.
That is, if we use the evidences proving that the Quran is Allah’s word as evidence for the prophethood of Hz. Muhammad, it will be true. For,
Since the Quran is Allah’s word based on the evidences we mentioned and could not mention,
The person conveying it is Allah’s messenger. For, it is not possible for the Quran to be sent down to anyone except His messenger.
If the Quran is Allah’s book, it is not possible for the person conveying it not to be Allah’s messenger.
Based on hundreds of evidences proving that the Quran is the word of God Almighty, we say that Hz. Muhammad (pbuh) is Allah’s prophet. For, the Quran he has is Allah’s word based on the confirmation of thousands of evidences.
In order to be able to deny the prophethood of Hz. Muhammad (pbuh), first it is necessary to accept that the decree he has, that is, the Quran, is not Allah’s word and that it is the word of a human being. This is not possible. Even if Satan improves himself one hundred degrees, he cannot make it possible. He cannot deceive any sane people.
