Descriptions:
In things that are suitable to each other, there is a tendency and approaching toward each other. In things that are opposite to each other, there is alienation and moving away from each other.
For instance, night and day are opposite of each other. Therefore, they do not exist at the same time. When night comes, day leaves; when day comes, night leaves.
Hunger and satiety are opposite of each other. When hunger comes, satiety leaves; when satiety comes, hunger leaves.
Similarly; summer and winter are opposite of each other. When summer comes, winter leaves; when winter comes, summer leaves. They cannot remain together.
In accordance with this rule, devils and angels cannot come together; they cannot be friends.
This rule, which is valid in the material world, is also valid in the spiritual world. Let us have a look at Hz. Muhammad (pbuh) in accordance with this rule:
Since opposites cannot come together, high ethics and low ethics cannot come together in a person.
Since Hz. Muhammad (pbuh) has high ethics and honesty at the highest level with the witnessing of history and siyar, he never resorts to lies; and lies cannot exist in his character.
Since there are no lies in him, whatever he says and whatever he does is true.
Since whatever he says is true, he must be Allah’s prophet. For, he said, “I am Allah’s prophet” for twenty-three years and he based his cause on this statement.
Yes. Opposites cannot come together. That is, a person cannot be honest and a liar at the same time, a pious person and a sinner, generous and stingy, merciful and merciless, a believer and an unbeliever, an ascetic and a lover of the world at the same time. That is, a person cannot have two opposite attributes at the same time. When night comes, day leaves; similarly, when a bad trait comes, a good trait leaves; when a good trait comes, a bad trait leaves.
The following is understood from this: This person is either the most honest or the least honest person in the world. When we say he is the most honest person, we have to accept his prophethood. When we say he is a liar, we see his high ethics reported by history and siyar. History and siyar deny it.
